Intellectual Disability Evaluation

Service Description

ID Evaluation consists of an initial appointment to gather background information, and complete assessments of intellect and adaptive. Subsequent appointments scheduled as needed. An evaluation report is completed and provided within 45 days of the last appointment. This report may be considered for endorsement by an HHSC Authorized Provider when you attempt to access IDD services form the local HHSC Authority.
